Sonfest 2018 was an absolutely fantastic day. The weather was beautiful. I enjoyed everything about it. The children’s tent and the Sports arena were fantastic for the kids. There was so much life and enjoyment. Different styles of music made it welcoming to everybody. Just so lovely to see families enjoying the experience in safety. A special shout out to Kings Gardens food van as they were so friendly and welcoming. Gareth Cottrell is fantastic at hosting this event. I can’t wait for next year. Each year it has grown and been made better. I envision a bigger venue in years to come as it continues to grow and to draw people in Southport and other areas beyond. I spoke to a family from Wirral who had read about it on facebook. Totally amazing. Thankyou to Tina Powsey and everyone who helped.
